Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) encompasses methods of resolving workplace disputes outside of traditional litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. ADR is often faster, less expensive, and more private than going to court. Many PEOs include ADR provisions in their service agreements and can help establish ADR policies for employee disputes, reducing legal exposure and fostering better workplace relationships.
